$1,710 for 38 osb at $42.00 . /3500 labor=$5210/ $3200 for the rest of material=$8410 thats not including taxes on materials $8410 for cost of repair still cheaper than paying for a brand new mobile home that cost around 100k.
we live in a 1400 sqr ft mobilhome and have a leak coming through the roof, reason I think this is had everything replaced under the roof and then caulked it boom same leak and so is it fixable or if i call a roof guy probably gonna recommend a new roof and is it possible to cost over $20k?
